Salisbury & District Natural History Society

This is a combined meeting with the Tisbury Natural History Society. We will meet at Fovant Down - on the road between Fovant and the village of Fifield Bavant. What3Words // barefoot.strategy.indulges. The target species is the Duke of Burgundy butterfly; however, we will also be looking out for other wildlife too! The Down is situated on a steep, north facing slope and is therefore, unfortunately, only suitable for the sure-footed. Booking is essential for this meeting as we are restricting attendance to 20 (10 people from each society) – first come first served.
