Nightjar Walk Near Godshill (meet at Abbotswell)

A short walk, perhaps 2 miles, on heathland. Nightjars are likely to have arrived and, hopefully, be displaying. Other birds that we might hear at dusk in this area are Song Thrush, Stonechat, Cuckoo, Snipe, Lapwing, Curlew, Tawny Owl. Unless we have thick cloud, it should be possible to walk without torches and maintain adequate night vision for the birds.
